Payment Policies

Tuition

Tuition is paid monthly and is due the 1st  of each month. A $10.00 late fee will be added, if the tuition is not received by the 7th. If tuition is not paid by the first class of the month, your child/children will be dropped from his/her class and anyone on the waitlist will be added. Tuition can be paid at the front desk, with cash or check. If paying with a check, it should be made payable to Bella Rose Gymnastics, LLC. You may also pay online with a credit card on the parent portal.

Registration Fee

There is an annual registration fee of $30 per student. This is due every January and is pro-rated by the month you start.

Returned Checks

Returned checks are subject to a $35 insufficient funds charge which will be added to your account.

Re-Enrollment

Currently enrolled students will automatically be re-enrolled in the next session unless we are notified of the desire to transfer classes or drop from class. You will be billed for the next month on the last week of each month. If payment is not made by the first day of the session, you will be dropped to allow new or waitlisted students a spot in the class. Please let us know by the last week of the month if you wish to switch days or times or drop from the class.

Foster Children

Foster children attend class for free! If you are signing up a foster child online, you will be billed but you do not need to pay. Let us know and we adjust the account.

Class Policies

Holidays, Closings, and Cancellations

Holidays, Closings, and Cancellations do not constitute a make-up day. Bella Rose Gymnastics, LLC reserves the right to cancel any class at any time. If there are less than 4 classes per month due to a holiday or closing, either a make-up class will be offered or we will pro-rate the monthly fee.  Team practices remain the same amount each month regardless of closings. Please check the website and/or Facebook for closings due to weather. We do not follow the Twin Lakes School Corporation closings.

Make Up Classes

There are NO REFUNDS, DISCOUNTS OR PRORATES if the student is absent from a make up class.
Absences cannot be transferred from one month to another.

Transferring Classes

Transferring Classes is permitted so long as there is space available in the class you wish to transfer to and it is arranged at the front desk.

Policies At The Gym

Arriving for Class

When you arrive for class you may either keep your child’s belongings with you or you may place them in a cubby in the lobby. Please check in at the front desk and then the gymnast should sit on the bench inside the gym door until their instructor comes to get them.

Staying for Class

You are welcome to stay and watch your child’s class, or you may leave. We would ask that you watch upstairs in our observation area. If you cannot get upstairs for some reason, please see the front desk for other arrangements. If you have children in the beginning movement class we would suggest you stay, as they may need help using the restroom.

Picking up your child

We do not allow children to wait outside for parents. Please come inside to pick up your child for their safety.

What to wear for classes

Girls are required to wear a one piece leotard. They may also wear soft shorts over their leotard. We sell leotards at the gym if needed. Boys need to wear a t-shirt and athletic shorts. Please do not wear any tights, socks or shoes during class. Long hair should be pulled up. Please avoid wearing a leotard with a skirt on it as well. No snaps, buttons, or zippers please.

Water at the gym

We have a drinking fountain at the gym. You may bring a bottle of water with you or you may purchase one at the desk for $1. Please know that no water bottles will be allowed in the gym. These will need to be kept with parents or in the cubbies.
